Scoring Your Self-Review
Step 1: Make sure you are in the Home tab from the Navigation Bar. Under the To Do list, click Score your Appraisal Self review. The ability to score your appraisal is determined by your organizationās designated scoring window.
Step 2: Select the appropriate rating and add a comment, if desired. An abbreviated score will appear in the Review Summary on the left-hand side to indicate that the Employee has rated the competency.
Step 3: When adding a comment, be sure to click Add this comment to add it to the appraisal document.
š± If you navigate away from your review without clicking the "Add this comment" button, your comment will not be saved!
Step 4: Some forms might contain open-ended questions. Be sure to answer any questions in full, then click Add this Answer to save your answer to the review document.
Step 5: When the review is complete, all competencies in the Review Summary area will display either a score or a checkmark. An Overall Score is also calculated if your site administrators have enabled it. At this stage, you can make any final changes to the review. When you are finished, select Send to Manager.
Step 6: Trakstar Perform will ask if you are sure you want to submit your self-appraisal. Once submitted, the employee can no longer edit a self-review. When you are sure you would like to submit, click Yes.
Note: Did you know you can still add a goal to your review even if you've already submitted it to your manager? If a goal is added after the Self-Review has already been submitted, this will automatically re-open your review so that you can select the rating for that goal!
