Add Content to the Employee Document Folder

Step 1: To upload a file to your own employee folder, click on your profile photo or initials in the upper right-hand corner, and select Profile Settings or Employee Profile from your menu navigation.

Step 2: Click the Documents tab to access your employee folder.

Step 3:  Select Click here and pick from any file saved to your computer, and click Open.



To upload a file to an employee’s folder as a Manager:

Step 1: Click "My Team," then open the employee's profile, click the "Documents" tab, and follow Step 3 above.

Please note there is a file size maximum of 10MB.

Files attached through notes and comments on appraisals will also be viewable in the Documents folder.

Administrators can also upload files.  

Employees can delete files uploaded by managers or administrators, but managers and administrators can delete files uploaded by the employee.
