How to Edit an Individual Employees Information
This article covers how to make changes to an individual employee’s information. Such changes include:
- Name
- Email Address
- Login Name
- Employee Number
- User Roles, such as making someone an admin or manager
- Groups such as Department or Location
Click on the Employees section from the left navigation bar, then click on the employee you want to update. This will navigate you to their profile.
Click Edit Profile in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Here you can edit the employee’s name, employee number, email address, and login name and reset their password. You can also make them a manager and update their groups (location or department, for example). Update employee information as needed, and save your changes.
