Finding Canceled Reviews

Canceled reviews are permanently canceled and cannot be restored.

Although employees and managers cannot access canceled reviews from their dashboards, administrators can locate canceled reviews, view their details, and export them as PDFs for record-keeping.

Find Canceled Reviews

  1. Sign in to Trakstar Perform as an Administrator.
  2. Navigate to Reviews.
  3. Select the Canceled review list under Custom Review Lists.

  4. Search for the employee by last name.

  5. Review the results, including the Review Template and Archive Date, to identify the correct canceled review.

Export a Canceled Review

Canceled reviews retain any comments and scores that were entered before the review was canceled.

If you need to preserve this information, export the review as a PDF.

Important: Because canceled reviews cannot be restored, exporting a PDF is the recommended way to retain a permanent copy of the review and its contents.

If you do not have a Canceled Reviews list under the Reviews tab, you will need to make one.

Create a Canceled Reviews List

If you do not see a Canceled review list under Reviews, you can create a custom list.

  1. Go to Reviews.
  2. Open one of the existing review lists, such as:
    • Goals and Notes
    • Scoring
    • Archived
  3. Select New Review List.

  4. Enter a Name and Description for the list.
  5. Choose who can access the list:
    • Administrators
    • Managers
  6. Set Review State to Canceled.
  7. Click Save.

The new list will appear under Custom Reviews, allowing you to quickly locate canceled reviews in the future.
