Email Log
The Email Log allows administrators to review emails sent from Trakstar Perform. Use the log to verify whether a user received a specific email, such as a Welcome Email or a 360-Rater feedback request, and to view the contents of sent messages.
Access the Email Log
- Sign in to Trakstar Perform as an Administrator.
- Navigate to Activity.
- Select Email Log.

Search or Sort the Email Log
Use the available tools to quickly locate a specific email.
You can:
- Search by the recipient's last name.
- Sort the log by:
- To
- Sent
- Subject

View a Sent Email
To review the contents of a sent email:
- Select an entry in the Email Log.
- View the full email message that was sent to the recipient.
Reviewing sent messages can help confirm that notifications were generated and provide visibility into exactly what recipients received.
Tip: If you need to change when reminder emails are sent or modify email content, update your email settings under Settings > Emails.
