Email Log

The Email Log allows administrators to review emails sent from Trakstar Perform. Use the log to verify whether a user received a specific email, such as a Welcome Email or a 360-Rater feedback request, and to view the contents of sent messages.

Access the Email Log

  1. Sign in to Trakstar Perform as an Administrator.
  2. Navigate to Activity.
  3. Select Email Log.

Search or Sort the Email Log

Use the available tools to quickly locate a specific email.

You can:

  • Search by the recipient's last name.
  • Sort the log by:
    • To
    • Sent
    • Subject

View a Sent Email

To review the contents of a sent email:

  1. Select an entry in the Email Log.
  2. View the full email message that was sent to the recipient.

Reviewing sent messages can help confirm that notifications were generated and provide visibility into exactly what recipients received.

Tip: If you need to change when reminder emails are sent or modify email content, update your email settings under Settings > Emails.
