Disable or Delete Email Notifications

Administrators can either disable an email notification or delete it, depending on whether the notification may be needed again in the future.

• Disable a notification to temporarily stop it from being sent while preserving its configuration.
• Delete a notification to permanently remove it from your account.

Access Notification Settings

1. Sign in as an administrator.
2. Navigate to Settings > Notifications.
3. Select the notification you want to manage.

Delete an Email Notification

To permanently remove a notification:

1. Open the notification.

   

2. Select Delete at the bottom of the edit screen.

Important: Deleting a notification permanently removes it. If you need the notification again in the future, it must be recreated.

Disable an Email Notification

If you want to stop a notification from being sent without deleting it:

1. Open the notification.
2. Toggle the notification Off.

The notification will remain in your account but will not be sent to any Trakstar Perform users while it is disabled.

To resume sending the notification in the future, toggle it back On.
