Enable All Email Notifications

If you need to turn off all email notifications, you can re-enable them from the Notifications settings.

The setting at the top of the Notifications page acts as a master switch for all email notifications. When enabled, Trakstar Perform can send email notifications based on your configured notification settings.

Enable Email Notifications

  1. Log in to Trakstar Perform as an Administrator.
  2. From the navigation bar, select Settings.

  3. Click Notifications.

  4. Locate Send notifications to your company via email.

  5. Toggle the setting to Enabled.

  6. Click Save to apply your changes.

Note: This setting controls whether email notifications are sent across your organization. After enabling it, you can also customize which individual notification types are sent from the same Notifications page.
