Track 360-Rater Requests with a Custom Review List
Custom Review Lists allow managers and administrators to monitor the status of 360-Rater Feedback requests across employee reviews. This makes it easier to identify outstanding requests, monitor completion, and follow up with reviewers when needed.
Before You Begin
Before creating a review list:
- Verify that your organization uses 360-Rater Feedback.
- Ensure you have permission to create or manage Review Lists.
- Confirm that active reviews include 360-Rater Feedback requests.
Create a Custom Review List
- Navigate to Reviews.

Select the option to create a New Review List.

Configure the list to include the reviews you want to monitor.

Add any filters needed to narrow the results, such as review status, review template, department, manager, or other available criteria.


- Save the Review List.
Update or Reuse the Review List
Saved Review Lists can be updated as needed by modifying filters or selection criteria.
Reusing a Custom Review List allows you to monitor 360-Rater Feedback throughout the review cycle without recreating the report each time.

Track 360-Rater Requests
Once the Review List has been created, use it to monitor the status of 360-Rater Feedback requests.
Depending on your organization's configuration, the list may allow you to identify:
- Pending 360-Rater requests
- Completed 360-Rater requests
- Outstanding reviewers
- Review progress
- Other available review status information
Use this information to identify reviews that may require follow-up before the review cycle continues.
