Add Content to an Employee's Document Folder
The Document tab allows employees, managers, and administrators to upload and store files in an employee's document folder. This provides a centralized location for important employee documents and supporting files.
Upload Files to Your Own Document Folder
To upload a document to your own employee profile:
- Select your profile photo or initials in the upper-right corner of the page.

Select Profile Settings.
Alternatively, select Employee Profile from the navigation menu.

Open the Document tab.

Select Click Here or Click to Upload.

- Choose a file from your computer or drag and drop it into the upload window.
- Select Upload.

The file is added to your Document folder.
Upload Files to an Employee's Document Folder
Managers can also upload documents for their direct reports.
- Select My Team.

Select the employee's name to open their Employee Profile.

- Open the Document tab.
- Select Click Here or Click to Upload.
- Choose a file from your computer or drag and drop it into the upload window.
- Select Upload.
The file is added to the employee's Document folder.
Additional Information
- The maximum file size for uploads is 10 MB.
- Files attached to Notes and Appraisal Comments are also available in the employee's Document folder.
- Administrators can upload files to any employee's Document tab.
- Employees cannot delete files uploaded by managers or administrators.
- Managers and administrators can delete files uploaded by employees.
Summary
The Document folder provides a central location for storing employee-related files. Employees can upload documents to their own profiles, while managers and administrators can upload files to employee profiles. Uploaded files, including those attached to Notes and Appraisal Comments, are available from the employee's Document tab.
