Oops… You Forgot to Add Goals to an Employee’s Review

If the Scoring phase has already begun for your employees' reviews and you haven't yet added goals, you don't have to worry! Within Trakstar, you will have access to add goals to an employee's review even after scoring has begun. We've shared instructions below on how you can accomplish this.

From the Direct Reports section of your dashboard, select the Score Review button next to the employee review you're needing to add goals for. Once you select into the review, it will immediately bring you into the Manager Review tab, where you will complete the review.


In order to add goals to this employee's review, you can select into the Goals and Notes tab of the review.

From the Goals and Notes tab, you can then proceed to select the Add a Goal bar in order to add goals into the review. Once they've been added into the Goals and Notes tab, they will immediately populate in the active review.
