How to Use the Trakstar Perform Organization Chart

Within your Trakstar account, you have the ability to view your company's organization chart. This can be helpful if you're needing to see the entire reporting structure within your company.

To access this report, select the dropdown arrow next to the Reports tab located to the left of your screen. You can then select the Organization Chart tab.

Immediately upon opening this tab, it will start at the top of your organization chart, with someone like the CEO or President of your company. Selecting the blue dot located beside a person's name will open the direct reports assigned to that individual.

You'll be able to select the blue dots for any managers all the way down through your organization! For any employees that populate with a blank dot, this means they do not have any direct reports currently assigned to them.
