How can the Performance Ranking Report be used?
General Electric CEO Jack Welch famously used stacked rankings to promote/give raises to the top 10% of employees and terminate/reassign the bottom 10%. Most modern organizations don’t take that approach but rather use this report to get an at-glance overview of top performers, effective employees, and those in need of improvement.
