How can the Rater Bias Report be used?

This report is commonly used to identify managers who are either too lenient or strict in their evaluations. It can also be used to uncover biases in evaluations for specific departments or workplaces in different locations. Work toward organizational alignment by pinpointing the leaders who could benefit from coaching in how they assess performance or resolving any discrepancies.

We've also added an additional filter that allows managers to filter results by Direct Reports or All Subordinates, depending on the scope needed for the report:
