Performance History Report
The Performance History Report provides a visual representation of employee performance over time. It allows you to review both overall performance ratings and competency-level scores, making it easy to identify trends and evaluate long-term performance.
This report can help you determine whether employee performance is improving, remaining consistent, or declining across multiple review cycles.
What You Can Use the Report For
Use the Performance History Report to:
- Identify performance trends over time.
- Compare results across specific review cycles.
- Review an employee's complete performance history within your organization.
- Analyze overall performance ratings alongside competency scores.
- Support coaching, development, and performance conversations with historical data.
Open the Performance History Report
- Sign in as an Administrator or Manager.
- From the navigation bar, select Reports.
- Click Performance History.

Select the Review Data
Under Documents, choose the set of review documents you want to analyze.
If the default document lists do not meet your needs, create a New Custom List to report on a specific set of reviews using custom filtering criteria.
Refine the Report
Use the Group By option to organize the selected review data by the grouping that best supports your analysis.
For example, you may group results by:
- Employee
- Department
- Location
- Other available organizational groupings
Managers can also filter the report to display:
- Only their direct reports
- All employees who report to them, including indirect reports
