How can I set reviews to be approved by a manager?

You can include the direct manager’s approval of their employee’s review in your approval route. To update your route for approval accordingly, please reference our article How to Update Your Route for Approval. 

When adding approval steps in your Process, you will see Manager Approval as an option.
