Edit or Remove a Goal from a Review
Managers and employees can update or remove goals from a review as priorities change throughout the review cycle.
Note: Only the employee or their direct manager can remove a goal. Administrators cannot remove goals from the Administrator view.
Remove a Goal
To remove a goal from a review:

From the Home page, open the employee's review.

If the review is in the Scoring stage, select the Goals and Notes tab in the Review Hub.

- Locate the goal you want to remove in the Goals section.

Hover over the goal and select the Delete (trash can) icon.

- Confirm the deletion if prompted.
The goal is removed from the employee's review.
Edit a Goal
Only the user who created a goal can edit it.
For example, if a manager created the goal, only that manager can update the goal's information. Likewise, if an employee created the goal, only that employee can edit it.
Editable fields may include:
- Goal name
- Description
- Rating scale
- Other goal details
Edit the Goal

From the Home page, open the employee's review.

If the review is in the Scoring stage, select the Goals and Notes tab in the Review Hub.

- Locate the goal you want to edit in the Goals section.

Hover over the goal and select the Edit (pencil) icon.

- Make the necessary changes.

Select Save Goal.

Your updates are immediately applied to the goal.
Summary
Managers and employees can keep goals up to date by editing or removing them as needed throughout the review cycle. Goal removal is limited to the employee and their direct manager, while editing is restricted to the user who originally created the goal.
