Editing or Removing a goal from a review
Your organization may use Trakstar Perform to set goals in several different ways. Sometimes, the employee or manager would like to remove previously added goals.
Note: Only an employee or their manager can remove goals. Those in the Administrator's view cannot perform this function.
From your home screen, click on the employee's review.
If your employee’s Review is in Scoring mode, click the Goals and Notes tab in the Review Hub.
Go to the “Goals” section and hover over the goal you would like to remove. Click the trashcan icon to delete the goal.
Editing a Goal
Only the user who originally added the goal will be able to edit that goal. For example, if the employee's manager originally added a goal to the employee's review, that manager will be the only one who can make changes to the goal (ie: edit the rating scale, description, goal name, etc).
From your home screen, click on the employee's review.
If your employee’s Review is in Scoring mode, click the Goals and Notes tab in the Review Hub.
Go to the “Goals” section and hover over the goal you would like to edit. Click the pencil icon to make changes to the goal.
You'll be able to make any needed changes and then click "Save Goal" to apply the changes.
