Enroll in Trakstar Academy Employee Training

Welcome to Trakstar Perform.

The best way to learn how your organization uses Trakstar Perform is through your manager, HR team, or system administrator. Because each organization may configure the platform differently, they can help you understand your company's specific processes and expectations.

In addition to organization-specific guidance, Trakstar provides training resources to help employees become familiar with the platform and its features.

Managers with direct reports should also review the Manager Quick Start resources for additional guidance on manager responsibilities and workflows within Trakstar Perform.

Enroll in Trakstar Academy

Trakstar Academy offers self-paced eLearning courses designed specifically for new users. These courses provide foundational training and help employees become comfortable using Trakstar Perform.

Access a Course

1. Open Trakstar Academy.
2. Browse the available training courses.
3. Select the course you want to complete from the main page.
4. The course will open in Trakstar Learn.
5. Click Get Started to begin the enrollment process.

Create or Access Your Trakstar Academy Account

After selecting Get Started, you will be redirected to the Trakstar Academy learning portal where you must register or log in.

First-Time Users

If you have not previously taken a Trakstar Academy course:

1. Complete the self-registration process.

2. Create your Trakstar Academy login credentials.

3. Finish the registration process to access your selected course.

Returning Users

If you have previously completed a Trakstar Academy course:

1. Select Already have an account? Log in.
2. Enter your existing Trakstar Academy credentials.
3. Access your course and continue your training.

Reset Your Password

If you cannot remember your password:

1. Select Forgot password?
2. Follow the password reset instructions.
3. Create a new password and sign in to your account.

Troubleshooting

I'm Being Redirected to the Login Page Repeatedly

If you do not have a Trakstar Academy account but continue to be redirected to the login page:

1. Open Trakstar Academy in a private browsing or incognito window.
2. Attempt the registration process again.
3. Complete your account registration and enroll in the course.
