Best Practices - Post Hire Reviews - Setting up 30, 60, 90 day post hire review sessions

Once a new hire gets going, it's easy to assume they're doing great - and forget to do regular check-ins on their progress towards the team and company goals.

After the first week, we recommend progress checks using the Performance Review Module

  • 30 days in
  • 90 days in
  • 6 months in
  • 1 year in

Each of these check-ins allows you to see:

  • How is the employee progressing?
  • What gaps/opportunities exist?
  • What goals can we set for the next time period?

In order to hold everyone accountable to these check-ins, we recommend building these in the Performance Management module. This allows you to build out relevant questions and goals for each of these check-ins. The employee can self-assess their review, and then the manager can score it as well.
