Trakstar Domain Changes

As part of our process of unifying our brands within the Trakstar family, our next phase of work will include transitioning our domains.

The following outlines what you can expect from these changes. If you utilize our API, use Single-Sign On (SSO) to log into the system, or if your organization requires domains to be whitelisted, the documentation below discusses the work that will need to be completed by your technical team. 

Trakstar Perform

  • Customer accounts will transition to perform.trakstar.com. 
  • The domain for the Trakstar Perform application will transition from app.trakstar.com to perform.trakstar.com. *Please make sure these domains are whitelisted! 
  • Any links included in previously sent emails will automatically route to the new domain. 

Trakstar Hire

  • The domain for the Trakstar Hire application will transition from companyname.recruiterbox.com to companyname.hire.trakstar.com

    *Please make sure these domains are whitelisted! 

  • Logins will redirect from companyname.recruiterbox.com to companyname.hire.trakstar.com

    Job listing pages will change from companyname.recruiterbox.com to companyname.hire.trakstar.com 

    i.e., your Hosted Site will change from yoursite.recruiterbox.com to yoursite.hire.trakstar.com

  • Your openings and job postings will not be impacted - there will be no changes required on your end.
  • Emails top-level domains will change from  @companyname.recruiterbox.com to @companyname.hire.trakstar.com

    *Please make sure these email addresses are whitelisted!

Trakstar Learn

  • Domain will be changed from companyname.mindflash.com to companyname.learn.trakstar.com

    *Please make sure these domains are whitelisted! 

  • Domain on email links and Sender Address will transition from mindflash.com to learn.trakstar.com

    *Please make sure these email addresses are whitelisted!

API Changes:

  • If you use the Trakstar API, we will alert you when you are able utilize the new domain name. We will continue to support the legacy domain for some time, and there will be additional outreach prior to sunsetting support for the old domain.

SSO Changes:

  •  We will alert you when you are able to utilize the new domain name for your SSO configuration. We will continue to support the legacy domain for some time, and there will be additional outreach prior to sunsetting support for the old domain.

Note for those who use password managers:

By default, password managers will continue to save password information for the old domain. Users will need to update their browser password manager to take the new domain into account and save this information when logging in for the first time on the new domain.
