Welcome to the upgraded Trakstar Perform platform!

We are excited to welcome you to the upgraded Trakstar platform, and our Trakstar Perform product! Switching over is super easy - this article will highlight a few differences you’ll see to set you up for success! 

We suggest you start with our online training courses for Trakstar Perform. These courses cover all aspects of Perform and help you get up and running like a pro! You can enroll in these within Trakstar Academy here.

How to log into Trakstar Perform:

Navigate to trakstar.com and click “Sign In,” or navigate directly to app.trakstar.com

Enter your Company Name, username, and password - these will all be the same as your Reviewsnap credentials.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click on “Help! I can’t log in”, enter your email address, and click “Send Help” - you will receive an email containing a link to reset your password.

What does Trakstar Perform look like? 

Once you log in, you will see your homepage.

Benefits of Trakstar Perform:

Trakstar Perform’s Engagement feature allows you and managers within your site to send surveys to employees. Engagement includes a plug-and-play Company Pulse survey with research-backed questions to help measure and promote employee engagement within your organization.

Using Trakstar Perform will also have access to our upcoming Trakstar Console!  

• The console will provide additional reporting functionalities, as well as allow you to access our additional modules - Trakstar Hire (Applicant Tracking System) and Trakstar Learn (Learning Management System)
• The console will also offer insights across all modules - if you’d like to add these modules to your account, reach out to us at perform@trakstar.com for a demo and pricing!

Perform offers integrations with other software, such as ADP - this allows you to connect your HR tools with the system seamlessly! We offer a dedicated integrations team to help facilitate this connection - reach out to us at perform@trakstar.com if you’d like to implement this within your site!
