Integration: Connect ADP to Trakstar Perform via SFTP Data Feed

Trakstar Perform currently offers an SFTP data feed from ADP to relieve the burden of manually updating users within the system. If you're ready to begin connecting ADP and Trakstar Perform, reach out to us at perform@trakstar.com! 

Step 1: Create a custom report in ADP. Include the below columns, in order, from left to right. Download a template of this report here

Employee ID
First Name
Last Name
Email
Manager ID
Position
Hire Date
Employee Status
Business Unit
Home Department
Company Code
Location
Job Class

Step 2: Reach out to ADP and request an “Automated Export Service (AES) – SFTP Automated Delivery”

If you have Workforce Now Tech: If you have Comprehensive Services or TotalSource:
You can make this request through your assigned HR Business Partner or an internal Sales Partner. If you have Comprehensive Services or TotalSource, you will need to reach out to your service line to make the request.

Step 3: ADP will send you a Scope of Work (SoW) document that needs to be completed and returned. We are happy to help you fill out any information you need from Trakstar Perform! 

Step 4: Once complete, return the Scope of Work (SoW) document to ADP per the instructions provided on the SoW. It should then take ADP 2-3 weeks to set up this service for you. 

Step 5: While you wait for ADP to set up the delivery, provide Trakstar Perform with the downloaded copy of your report.

Step 6: Using the downloaded copy of your report, we at Trakstar Perform will begin to create your integration. We will test the connection using this sample report - once with the sample report and again with ADP's automated report delivery.

Step 7: After reviewing the data for errors in the testing environment, we will work with you to make any needed adjustments.
