Integration: Connect ADP Enterprise to Trakstar Perform

The Trakstar Perform integration with ADP Enterprise allows you to automate adding, updating, and terminating employees in Perform using ADP Enterprise as your source of truth. Once the integration is in place, any changes made in ADP will automatically sync to Trakstar Perform on a nightly basis.

The following fields of data will be created and updated when an employee is hired or updated in ADP:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Employee # (this must be a unique value from ADP)
  • Email Address
  • Hire Date
  • Position/Job Title
  • Status – Terminated/Active
In addition to the above, the following fields of data can also be pulled over from ADP and are optional: 
  • Company Name 
  • FLA
  • Regular/Seasonal
  • Hourly/Salary
  • Job Code
  • Job Title
  • Position Level
  • Union Code
  • Department
  • Home Department
  • Location
