Integration: Connect BambooHR to Trakstar Perform

The Trakstar Perform integration with BambooHR allows you to automate adding, updating, terminating, and rehiring employees in Perform using BambooHR as your source of truth. Once the integration is in place, any changes made in BambooHR will automatically sync to Trakstar Perform.

The following fields of data will be created and updated when an employee is hired or updated in BambooHR:

• First Name*
• Last Name*
• Employee #* (This must exist for all employees and must be unique)
• Email Address
• Hire Date*
• Position/Job Title*
• Status – Terminated/Active

In addition to the above, the following fields of data can also be pulled over from BambooHR and will create groups in perform to help you segment your employees:

• Department
• Division
• Pay Group
• Location
• FLSA Exemption
• Preferred Name
