Integration: Connect Paycor to Trakstar Perform

The Trakstar Perform integration with Paycor allows you to automate adding, updating, and terminating employees in Perform using Paycor is your source of truth. Once the integration is in place, any changes made in PAYCOR will automatically sync to Trakstar Perform on a nightly basis.

The following fields of data will be created and updated when an employee is hired or updated in PAYCOR:

· First Name

· Last Name

· Employee # (this must be a unique value from PAYCOR)

· Email Address (Also used for Username)

· Hire Date

· Position/Job Title (Used for Position Form Creation)

· Status – Terminated/Active

In addition to the above, the following fields of data can also be pulled over from PAYCOR and will create groups in perform:

· Department

· Work Location

· Worker Type (Regular, Temporary, Contractor, etc…)

· FLSA (Houry Exempt, Salary Non Exempt, etc…)

· Job Title
