Add a Subgoal (formerly Measurement)

Subogals help break larger goals into smaller, manageable objectives and make it easier to track progress throughout the performance review cycle. They are especially useful for goals that require multiple steps, activities, or ongoing participation.

Your organization may use Trakstar Perform to manage goals in several different ways. This article covers the Add a Subgoal feature, which allows you to add an objective to an existing competency or goal within your appraisal.

If your organization has enabled the Add a Goal feature, you can also create new goals directly within your review. See Add a Goal for more information.

Note: If your organization uses the Perform to Learn integration, you can also add training measurements that automatically assign Learn courses.
