Scoring an employee's review

Select the employee you would like to Score by clicking on the ‘Score Review’ button.
By default, you will be in the 'Manager Review' tab within the timeline
You can see your progress on scoring the Employee’s Review, as well as the employee’s progress of their self-appraisal if applicable. You also have the ability to Override the self-review which will remove the request for the employee to complete it.
Select a Score for Each Competency
Use the Rating Scale bar to choose a score. You will also be able to see what the Employee rated themselves if they have already completed their self-review. You can also see any comments left. This is not- applicable if the Employee has not completed their self-review.
Scroll to the top of the review when completed
If you organization has an approval workflow, you will need to send the review for approval. Click the Approval tab, and then click the "Send for Approval" button at the bottom of the page.
Note: If an employee has already submitted their self-review but you have more goals to add, you still have time to include those goals! By adding a goal, the employee's self-review will automatically re-open so they can add comments and select ratings for that new goal.
Accessing Past Reviews
Want to review past reviews quickly? Click the current review title under Review from the top header, and select from all reviews this employee has completed.
