How to Create a Second Recurring Review Set
Learn how to create another review set for an employee. Secondary review sets are often set up if an employee needs another document managed by a different manager (for example, if an employee has two roles at your organization) or if they need a different form filled out for a different time of year (a lighter mid-year form).
Want to create another review set for an employee? Secondary review sets can be created for a myriad of reasons, such as:
- An employee needs another document managed by a different manager (for example, if they have two roles in your organization)
- An employee needs a different form filled out for a different time of year (for example, a lighter mid-year form that differs from the annual form)

Ensure you are logged in as a site administrator, and click on the Employees tab from the left navigation bar. This will display all active employees.
Click on the employee you'd like to create a new recurring review set for. From their profile, scroll down to Review Sets, then click on Create in the upper right corner. Select Create a review set.

A new review set will appear above the current review sets. You can edit the Name, Manager, Process, Position, and Base Date. Remember to click Save in the upper right corner when complete!
Once this new recurring review has been saved, the additional review set will appear under Review Sets on the employee's profile.
