Remove a Goal From Your Review
Depending on your organization's configuration, Trakstar Perform allows goals to be added and managed within a performance review or the goals list. If a goal is no longer needed, you or your manager can remove it from the review.
Note: Only the employee assigned to the review or their manager can remove goals. Administrators cannot remove goals from the Administrator View.
Remove a Goal
From employee review
Step 1: Open your current review
- Log in to Trakstar Perform.
- From your homepage, select your Current Review.

If your review is currently in Scoring mode:
- Select the Goals and Notes tab in the Review Hub.

Step 2: Remove the goal
- Hover over the goal you want to remove.
- Select the Trash icon.

The goal is removed from your review.
From the Goals List
You can remove a goal directly from your My Goals page.
- Go to My Goals.
- Find the goal card you want to remove.
- Select the ⋮ actions menu in the top-right corner of the card.
- Choose Delete goal.
- Confirm the deletion if prompted.
The goal is removed from your goals list.

💡 Tip: The same ⋮ menu also has Go to review (to view or edit the goal), Edit tags, and Add subgoal — deleting is just one of a few things you can do from there.
⚠️ Heads up: Deleting a goal removes it — along with any subgoals it has — so double-check you have the right one before confirming.
