Integration: UKG Pro to Trakstar Perform

The Trakstar Perform integration with UKG Pro allows you to automate adding, updating, and terminating employees in Perform using UKG Pro is your source of truth. Once the integration is in place, any changes made in UKG will automatically sync to Trakstar Perform on a recurring basis.

The following fields of data will be created and updated when an employee is hired or updated in UKG:

First Name
Last Name
Employee Number
Email Address
Hire Date
Position/Job Title
Status (Terminated or Active)

In addition to the above, the following fields of data can also be pulled over from UKG and will create groups in Perform:

Org Level 1
Org Level 2
Org Level 3
Org Level 4
Job Class
Company Code
