Sending Emails by Process
Trakstar Perform allows administrators to set up many different automatically generated emails. These emails can be edited to display any company-specific language and changed to be sent when it is best for your organization. Some emails may be specific to a certain Process (an Annual review Process or a PIP Process, for example). This article will illustrate how you can configure emails to be sent only to users enrolled in a specific Process.
Step 1: Select Settings > Notifications.
Step 2: To add a new Email, clickAdd Notification or click on an existing email to edit it. Note: General Emails and the Welcome Email cannot be restricted to specific Processes, but any other email category can be.
Step 3: Click Edit Processes to open a drop down list of your company’s Processes.
Step 4: By default, Trakstar Perform will send the email to all review Processes resulting in all boxes being checked. Uncheck the box next to any review Process to which this email does not apply. Save when done.
