Configure Email Notifications by Process
Trakstar Perform allows administrators to configure a variety of automated email notifications. These notifications can be customized with organization-specific messaging and scheduled to be sent at the appropriate time for your workflows.
Many notification types can also be limited to specific review processes, such as an annual performance review process or a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process. This allows you to send only the notifications that are relevant to participants in a particular process.
Restrict an Email Notification to Specific Processes
- Sign in as an administrator.

Navigate to Settings > Notifications.

- To create a new notification, select Add Notification. To modify an existing notification, select the notification you want to edit.

Note: General Emails and the Welcome Email cannot be restricted to specific processes. All other notification categories can be configured for individual processes.

Select Edit Processes to open the list of available review processes.

- By default, all review processes are selected so that a notification will be sent for each process.

Clear the checkbox next to any review process that should not receive the notification.

- Save your changes.
After saving, the notification will only be sent for the review processes that remain selected.
